We could make tapioca pudding out of cassava, but instead have chosen to make plates, bowls and cups. Ideal as party and picnic plates they are strong and rigid, very high on eco-chic, and the cups have excellent thermal properties - no sleeves required. They are completely biodegradable so are also suitable for home composting.
