Ordering & Delivery

We take a lot of pride in our customer service - we are here to help so don't hestitate to get in touch if we can be of assistance.

Ordering

Orders can be placed by phone, email, fax or online. As soon as the order has been processed we will email a confirmation and once payment has been received (or for account customers if the account is in terms) we will pick and dispatch the order. Once the order has been dispatched we will send an additional email with tracking information.

Delivery

The vast majority of orders received by 1pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery before 5pm the next working day, though some parts of the UK such as highlands of Scotland we may use a two working day service. Larger / pallet orders will normally be on a day 1 for day 3 service unless arranged otherwise.

If you have special delivery requirements such as specific booking in or security arrangements, please let us know at the time of order and we will always do our best to accomodate.

Urgent orders

We can deliver on a same-day basis to the Greater London and further afield though this premium service can add cost - please always get in touch and we will see what we can do to make things run smoothly.
