Here's how the process works...

1. Place your order and receive a confirmation.

Orders can be placed on the online store or over the phone. Once your order has been processed, we will send out an email confirmation - please check that all details are correct. We endeavour to keep high stock levels of our products - in the unlikely event of a delay arising we will contact you, and we will do our best to do so within one working day.

2. Receive a dispatch note when your order ships.

Once an order is sent out, we send another email confirming dispatch along with tracking details where applicable. Please note that it is our email dispatch note which constitutes a contract to supply, and not the order confirmation.

3. Receive your Vegware products in 1-2 working days, or sooner!

Orders placed by 1pm will normally be shipped the same day. Our standard service is overnight, and deliveries can be received any time up until 5pm. We also offer timed services (pre 9am, 10,30am, or 12pm) if goods are required sooner. 

It is always our goal to be flexible and accomodate our clients' needs. As such, we don't impose a minimum order. Instead, we charge carriage up to a maximum of £12 on orders below £250 net - for larger orders, we pay the carriage. Carriage costs are calculated by the cart, and are based on the total consignment weight and volume.
