Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase!

We offer all our customers a money-back guarantee that covers the full cost of the products plus outward carriage. Should you need to return goods for any reason, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt of your order. We ask that either you send the goods back to us, or alternatively we can arrange a collection. Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse, we process the refund of the total sale value, minus the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.

Where business customers wish to return goods, we request notification within 7 days of receipt of your order. All damaged or faulty goods will be collected at our expense and refunded in full. Other returns will be at Vegware's discretion, and will be subject to return carriage costs plus a 20% restocking charge.
