Orders can be placed by phone, email, fax or online.
As soon as the order has been processed, we will email a confirmation.
Once payment has been received (or for account customers, if the account is in terms), we will pick and dispatch the order.
Once the order has been dispatched, we will send an additional email with tracking information.
The vast majority of orders received by 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery before 5pm the next working day.
In some parts of the UK such as highlands of Scotland we may use a two working day service.
Larger / pallet orders will normally be on a day 1 for day 3 service unless arranged otherwise.
If you have special delivery requirements such as specific booking-in or security arrangements, please let us know at the time of order and we will always do our best to accomodate.
We can deliver on a same-day basis to Greater London and further afield, although please note that this premium service comes with an additional cost - please always get in touch and we will see what we can do to make things run smoothly.
