Looking for a gift idea? How about the gift of Cheesemongery? And the magical power to make your own mozzarella, ricotta or goats cheese at home in just 1 hour? There’s a new business, just launched this September, called the Big Cheese Making Kit. Started by Scottish entrepreneur Ailsa Proverbs, these affordable kits mean that foodies and families can make their own cheese at home. What does Vegware have to do with it? Other than loving cheese and wanting to try the kit ourselves, the link is that the kit’s ingredients come in our eco-friendly Vegware deli containers. You can buy the kits online or read more on Scotland Food and Drink‘s website. Blessed are the cheesemakers!
