Returns
Customers are entitled to return goods – other than printed or bespoke products – and receive a refund or credit on the sum paid.
In order to process this, you must contact us with this request within 7 working days of receipt of goods and we must receive the
goods, undamaged, at our warehouse within 14 working days of receipt.
We do not accept returns of pack, sleeve or sample kit quantities.
Returns, other than faulty or defective goods, will be subject to a collection fee (quote available on request) and 20% restocking fee. Return of faulty or defective goods will be arranged at Vegware’s expense if reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please note: Vegware will not accept any return of goods that has not been agreed beforehand. Any items without a return number will not be accepted. The Vegware Customer Services team should be contacted to obtain a return number: info@vegware.com.

Ordering through a Vegware distributor partner provides a number of benefits. Efficient deliveries from Vegware to distributors: Rather than delivering a few cases, or a pallet, directly to sites, Vegware can send full 26-pallet lorry loads into distribution hubs, streamlining your supply chain and maximising efficiency. Efficient deliveries from the distributor to you: Distributors have carefully planned fuel-efficient delivery routes, so adding in some cases of Vegware results in very little added cost, while being more carbon-efficient. It also allows you to consolidate your deliveries from the same distributor, so you can receive your Vegware along with other goods you’ve ordered from them, such as food or cleaning suppliesLocal support: Distributors have a local presence which should mean exemplary service and an account manager on hand to help.
