Enjoy free standard delivery on all online orders over £100 ex VAT.
This offer applies exclusively to e‑commerce customers and excludes distribution partner orders.
To qualify, orders must be delivered to a UK mainland address.
Please note that expedited and premium delivery services are not included and will be charged at their standard rates.

Returns
We CAN accept returns if:
- They are unused, undamaged, and in full cases within 14 working days of delivery
- You notify us within 7 working days of receiving delivery
- They pass our quality inspection
- There is a quality issue
We CANNOT accept returns of:
- Printed, branded, or bespoke items
- Part cases, individual packs, or sample kits
- Items that fail inspection or cannot be resold
- Goods returned without prior agreement
- Returns requested after 7 working days of receiving delivery
At Vegware, we do not operate a sale or return / consignment stock model. Our financial auditors consider all sales final. If there is ever a quality issue requiring return, then Vegware will organise the return as per above.
Please contact our Customer Service Team to initiate a return and obtain a return reference number. Any items without a return number can, unfortunately, not be accepted.
